WEDDING PACKAGES Silver Files - $1950 This is our basic wedding coverage. This option gives you approximately 4 hours of photography on your wedding day. I start with the groom waiting and greeting guests before the ceremony and go through to the start of your reception. This includes capturing the ceremony, guests congratulating the couple, formal family photos, bridal party location photos and the very start of your reception. This option also includes a mock cake cutting at the start of your reception if you wish. We allow for approximately 1½ hours for the bridal party photos (not including travel and family photo time). You receive a minimum of 400 edited High Resolution images on disc and your images printed and referenced in a Preview Album. Gold Files - $2400 This is by far our most popular package. This option gives you approximately 7 hours of photography on your wedding day. I start with the girls for two hours getting ready, before heading to your wedding venue to be with the guys waiting and greeting guests before the ceremony and go through to the start of your reception. This includes capturing the ceremony, guests congratulating the couple, formal family photos, bridal party location photos and the very start of your reception. This option also includes a mock cake cutting at the start of your reception if you wish. We allow for approximately 1½ to 2 hours for the bridal party photos (not including travel and family photo time). There is a second option for this package. We can start with the guys waiting and greeting guests before the ceremony and continue two hours into your reception to cover toasts, speeches and also your real cake cutting. You receive a minimum of 600 edited High Resolution images on disc and your images printed and referenced in a Preview Album. Platinum Files - $2800 This is our full wedding coverage. This option gives you approximately 10 hours of photography on your wedding day. I start with the girls for two hours getting ready, before heading to your wedding venue to be with the guys waiting and greeting guests before the ceremony, and go through to your first dance at your reception. This option includes capturing the ceremony, guests congratulating the couple, formal family photos, bridal party location photos and your reception including toasts, speeches and also your real cake cutting. We allow for approximately 2 to 2½ hours for the bridal party photos (not including travel and family photo time). You receive a minimum of 800 edited High Resolution images on disc and your images printed and referenced in a Preview Album. _____________________________________
Prints We like our couples to have high quality prints. So we have an arrangement with an excellent local photo lab who have agreed to give our wedding couples 20% off their normal prices, when you print your wedding photos with them. Albums Every couple is unique and every album we give each couple is just as unique. We like to have our couples involved in the planning process of all our albums. We will meet with you and design your album together, so you are assured you will love your album before it is manufactured. All our albums are Handmade in New Zealand by Queensberry. Queensberry albums are Premium Quality and are only available through Professional Photographers.

Two Pre-wedding Day Meetings First meeting – Once you have booked us, we meet to discuss your photography needs and time requirements for your wedding day. This ensures you allow the time necessary for your photos before you finalise your invites. Second meeting – We meet within two weeks of your wedding day to finalise your plans and to view and walk around your venue choices. During this meeting we will discuss ideas and what you like, which helps us create and capture images you will love. We will also attend your rehearsal if it is planned for the same time as our second meeting.
Special Effect Options You can choose to have a selection of colour, black & white, cross-processed images or other special effects. These options will be discussed during our second meeting. Post Processing & Delivery It is important to us that you get the finest quality images. For this reason each image you see in your wedding preview album has been carefully adjusted or enhanced in Photoshop and Lightroom. Your Preview Album and Disc will be available within one month of your wedding day. Free Online Photo Gallery After you have collected your preview album, your images will be viewable to family and friends for three months on our online photo gallery. Your online gallery is password protected so only those you want to see your photos will have access to them. _____________________________________
Travel Any venue within 30 minutes of my office is considered part of Hamilton and does not incur a travel fee. Travel outside of Hamilton is charged at $100 per hour to and from the venue on the day of the wedding only. This fee is not charged for our second meeting, because we feel this is an important meeting. Booking A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date of your wedding. The remaining amount owing is required 14 days prior to your wedding day. All prices include GST. |
